The Qualitek Post Etch Registration System Offers an
extremely accurate, highly efficient alternative to manual post-image
registration methods. This durable machine is unmatched in precision,
speed and repeatability.
During automated operation, CCD cameras and custom software
average, 2,4, or 8 fiducials for front to back registration. The substrate
is moved to a "best fit" position and pierced to your tooling hole and/or
slot specifications.
This Registration System is the result of machine vision
technology and Qualitek's expertise gained from more than 30 years experience
building dies, tooling and special machines for the printed circuit industry.
